The third season of the Carlo’s Bakery owner’s TLC show Cake Boss premiered on Monday. The show stars Buddy Valastro, aka Cake Boss with his unique and novelty cakes.
Reality television show, Cake Boss airs on TLC and it stars the Buddy Valuator and his family. Season one was premiered in April 2009 and season 2 was in on October 26, 2009.
On the last night show Buddy and his staff at Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey were busy to make a cake for his wife Lisa. They were making it for her 30th birthday and it was no doubt a beautiful cake. Not only this, they were also working on a cake for the incoming Governor Chris Christie’s Inaugural Gala. For the third season he says,
“The cakes are bigger, crazier. I think it’s a little simplified in a sense where I really wanted to be authentic to what happens in the bakery. I went and looked at the cakes that I have and just followed the cakes that were coming up week to week. So many, many cakes.”
Buddy Valastro is fourth generation baker born into the business owned family. Buddy Valastro was raised in fashioned Italian family. His father was a master baker and from the age of eight, he showed his keen interest in the baking and cake decorating. He spent most of his time in the bakery with his father. His father taught him many secrets of baking. After the death of his father, he fulfilled his dream to make Carlo’s Bakery. With the help of his family, he has taken the business above and beyond his father’s dreams.
